I. GENERAL

X. CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For consumer distance sales covered by Turkish law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason and without paying a penalty, subject to statutory exceptions.

For Products, the withdrawal period generally begins on the date the consumer or a designated third party receives the Product. Applicable law may also permit withdrawal before delivery.
